-Reading in dim light is harmful to your eyes.

-Never sit too close to the TV .

- There is no need to check your eyes until you are in your 40s and 50s.

also you should get a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, specially dark leafy greens Like spinach, kale, or collard greens , eating fish high in omega-3 such as Salmon,Tuna, and Halibut .
